It’s just next to Lalaport, handy if you’re taking the bus, and you can walk to Hang Tuah LRT station in ten minutes, which is very convenient; the male staff on the night shift is friendly, but the soundproofing is poor so I couldn’t sleep well when people came back late at night, and the noises from neighbouring rooms using hair dryers or showers were very loud.

The hotel is a nice place and the rooms are very comfortable.

They allow early check‑in, but the room is dark, has no window, and feels very tiny. The food is cold: the daily breakfast is the same cold noodles, fried rice, and a boiled egg, all served cold.

The staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was decent but very basic. The room was noisy because all the air‑conditioners on the same floor were right by the window. In the first room an air‑conditioner was dripping onto the bed, so they switched us to another room quickly. The rooms are old and a bit dirty. The fridge turns off when you leave the room. The metro is 10 minutes away but the location isn’t central.
