The room was clean and tidy.
The employees were truly exceptional and made my experience enjoyable.
The lack of air conditioning and a fridge were drawbacks.

The Double Room has 1 large double bed. The room features a private bathroom with a hairdryer. It is equipped with a wardrobe and heating for comfort, as well as a flat-screen TV for entertainment. This room sleeps 2 guests.
The staff were friendly and the price was good for the area, with a convenient metro and tram just outside and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the room was clean, comfortable, and a decent size with comfy beds. However, only two towels were supplied for three people, one window lacked a blind/curtain, and the bathroom door opened onto a small courtyard that felt insecure despite a small lock. The room stayed hot and stuffy because the windows had no latches, and the noise from the metro, hotel stairs, and main road was noticeable.

“Lovely stay, would definitely come back!”
The room was really big for Paris. We had a fridge, microwave and a dining table with two chairs, which was a big plus. The bathroom was also large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady came every day without exception, making our bed and taking out the trash, which was amazing. The neighborhood is lovely – many shops, fast‑food spots and restaurants all around the hotel. The metro station is 5 m from the hotel door and Lidl is just 5 minutes away. As a woman I felt safe almost all the time. The hotel owner was really nice; even though he didn’t speak English, he made sure we had everything we needed. Some ceilings are a little bit low, so if you are over 185 cm you will have to bend down a bit when going through doors, but that’s everywhere in Paris, so be prepared if you’re tall. Also there is no elevator.
Everything was fine.
For several months I still haven’t received the invoice. I called countless times, sent many messages, even came in person to ask for it, but nothing happened.
