The atmosphere at the hotel, the staff who are very friendly, the diving club inside the resort, and the exceptional massages—all were perfect!

The staff are absolutely amazing, overflowing with hospitality! For those doing diving or snorkeling, having three meals included means you can focus on the fun without worrying about food. The pool and massages are also available, so families can each enjoy their own activities. No complaints.

The snorkeling right behind the hotel was lovely, and the high staff‑to‑customer ratio ensured help was always available. The hotel had plenty of beautiful plants and the rooms were nice. Free water refills are always appreciated. The food was not very good for most of the stay but improved toward the end. I would have liked a mosquito net as standard, given the many mosquitoes in the area—it feels like something that should be there! The hotel was quite expensive and wasn’t spectacular aside from the large, friendly staff. It was very far from everything else on the island, so a lot of driving was required to get anywhere.
