The décor, high ceilings, and view of the piazza were great, and it’s very close to the historic center. The piazza and the opposite neighborhood can get noisy for some travelers, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

I really liked the location and the comfort of the room, and the staff were super polite and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing! We also benefited from early check‑in and late check‑out. I’m grateful for all the hospitality and friendliness we received.

The ceiling was charming and the location was excellent, but the lift wasn’t working and there was no notice that it was being fixed, so I had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs. I was also disappointed to see litter on the street.

It’s in the center of everything, but breakfast was very basic—we only had coffee. The lift didn’t work, so I had to climb three floors each time.

The room was great in the heart of Catania and I loved the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, with cappuccinos every morning.
