The facilities look nice, but the rooms lacked soap, the shower key was broken, customer service was terrible, they didn’t know the value of what they sell, the bar was closed, they never played music by the pool, and the breakfast variety was lacking.

The view of the site and the staff’s attention were great, but the shower had low water pressure, the TV signal was awful, and the remote didn’t work.
