The bed was decent. The room was falling apart. We had a 100.- credit, but at 22:00 the bar was closed, the spa was awful and cold, and the Hammam was shut—no refund or extension of the credit.

A lovely hotel with well‑maintained, beautiful geraniums. The staff were friendly, the view of the valley and mountains was stunning, and the food and service were excellent.

The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and well‑equipped, the spa is very pleasant, and the reception and breakfast staff are very friendly. However, the restaurant prices are far too high for the quality and portion size, and the lounge staff could be more welcoming to guests.
