Room service was good, but the room felt too small.

We only stayed one night, but the staff helped us arrange a Rickshaw even though we arrived at 2:26am because of a train delay, and they waited for us to check in. We left in the morning, so I can’t give a full rating, but the room was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable!

I had a great time at Hotel Surya Grande. The rooms are roomy, comfy, and offer excellent value. The vibe is warm and welcoming, almost like a home away from home. The on-site restaurant serves tasty vegetarian and non‑vegetarian dishes late into the night. The location is convenient, close to the Mumbai–Goa Highway and Kudal Railway Station. What really shines is the hospitality: the staff are polite, quick, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attentiveness made the whole stay even better. Overall, Hotel Surya Grande feels like a place I’d gladly return to on every trip, and it will definitely be my go‑to stop whenever I travel through the area.
