I had mixed feelings about our stay at this hotel. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was also top-notch, and we appreciated how easily accessible the beach was. However, our initial check-in was marred by issues with our reservation, and we were initially given a room that didn't match what we had booked.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I was blown away by the exceptional service and quality of the hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations.

The photos online were noticeably prettier than the resort itself. There are no storage shelves, the bathroom feels old, dirty, and disgusting. In the night, constant loud noises from compressors or the turned‑off water (the pipes hiss) were heard. The staff is rarely present and hardly helpful. The food isn’t great, but at least it’s cheap. We booked a 100 Island boat tour and got ripped off; the communication was poor.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster. The shower was broken, and to make matters worse, they claimed to have a water heater, but it wasn't working. The water was also rusty, and I was shocked to find out that 75% of the food on their menu was unavailable. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've traveled extensively, but my stay at this hotel was the worst experience I've ever had. The room was tiny, dirty, and lacked basic amenities. The staff seemed clueless and uninterested in providing any service. The restaurant was closed, but they offered to sell me an ice cream, which was a joke. I had to park my car outside, and the shared toilet and shower were filthy. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
