“It was a disappointment. This should be just a four stars at best.”

The staff were helpful, but this was supposed to be a five‑star hotel. The shower was very old and the water didn’t drain properly. The distance from the train station was a little far. Breakfast had a good variety, but the quality was not very good.

The breakfast had many types and was delicious. The equipment was old and the window glass was hot, causing a large temperature difference in the room.

The location was convenient for all parts of Kaohsiung, with plenty of free parking. Breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were friendly.

The room was spacious with an amazing view, especially at night with the city lights, and it was clean with room service available. The hotel had shops inside, a very clean pool, a gym, and multiple restaurants. Breakfast was worth the price; the buffet offered a variety of things to try. The hotel was within walking distance of Formosa Boulevard Station, which is not only a tourist attraction but also the main station where both underground lines meet. It was also close to the train station, multiple bus stations, and within walking distance of the tram station. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.
