Rakka Hotel by Cocobean

The staff were amazing—friendly and very supportive. The hotel stayed very clean and tidy. My room had AC and room service was available. The spa experience was beautiful and restful. I felt safe security-wise. There was access to a swimming pool and an outside bar. The restaurant on the top floor was beautiful, with great views—definitely a must-visit! The only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the town centre, but that’s not anyone’s fault, just mine, and it’s easy to get around anyway.

The staff members were very welcoming and flexible, making us feel at home and enjoy our stay. Sometimes there was no water in the building.

“It was great and i loved the hotel stay I recommend coming to this hotel”

I loved the food because it was cooked to our liking and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. While we lost our belongings, the staff helped us find them and we are so grateful and thankful to have such great staff and amazing food! Thank you Rakka Hotel. No problem.
