We arrived and met a woman in front of what she claimed was an office; she informed us that the apartment we had booked had flooded and that we would receive a better one with more bedrooms and bathrooms. When we finally arrived, the apartment was awful: mold on the floors, untidy, overall uncomfortable, and the bed was as hard as stone. Do not book here; it is a scam you should avoid.

The place was a scam. No accommodation was available, so we had to switch apartments while moving our luggage, and a bag was stolen. We were fourteen in the same building, all scattered into old apartments with no bathrooms and a shower in the corridor. In short, a fraud—pay in cash if you can.

The location is great, just a few minutes from the Diocletian Palace, and there’s a supermarket right outside the door in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen comes with an oven, stove, fridge, and freezer. The host who greeted us seemed a bit disorganized. Payment is only accepted in cash, no card option. The floor in the apartment was partly dirty and sticky, some bed sheets had stains, and the shower stall is located in the hallway between the kitchen and bedroom (see attached photos). Free public parking is available on the street nearby, but finding a spot is hard, especially when arriving in the evening—almost impossible.
