The apartment in the outskirts of Lille was excellent: clean, spacious, fully equipped, with a good bed (though 1.60 m wide is small by Dutch standards). It had a tiny kitchen, a coffee machine, and a fridge‑freezer. The breakfast was tasty and the staff very friendly. The shower was nice and there were plenty of towels, plus a lovely little balcony. A car could park on the courtyard next to the hotel. The décor could have been a bit cozier, but that’s a matter of taste. The curtain was loose when we arrived, which my husband fixed. Such things should be spotted and repaired by housekeeping before the next guests arrive. It was a bit pricey for a suburb, but reasonable compared to other hotels.

The reception, the room, and the overall cleanliness were superb, and the young staff were very friendly and professional. The only issue was that the breakfast could use more items and sugar packets for those who don’t use sugar.

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the breakfast were all great. We had nothing to complain about and enjoyed our entire stay at this hotel.
