The place was spotless and the staff were amazing! Our room was on the first floor, and we could park right next to it, which made unloading our truck a breeze. It’s definitely on my list for a future trip back to Arkansas. My daughter was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for cleaning, but the mini waffles at the breakfast bar more than made up for it – they were her favorite part, lol. This hotel is a real hidden gem that I recommend for anyone looking for a budget‑friendly stay that still feels welcoming and offers great room quality. I’m already eyeing a September visit to stay here again while we hit the diamond mine and Ron Coleman Crystal mine before heading to Blanchard Spring Caverns.

“Good value for roadside stay.”

Good value for the price, hot breakfast (eggs, biscuit gravy), convenient location, could park right outside the room, clean, decent water pressure and hot shower. Nothing really wrong, good value, but noisy people outside, TV remote didn’t work, not a ton of options at breakfast (fake creamer, mostly sugary options, no sugar‑free oatmeal), kind of dingy (but clean).
