The room was renovated, but there was no hair dryer, the phone in the room didn’t work and the issue wasn’t fixed, the TV was poor with few channels and not smart, there was no clothesline, and the bed was bad.
“Quase perfeito”
The rooms were clean and well organized, but the mattress was a bit worn, so it didn’t give us a good experience.
I liked the two leisure areas, but the room had a strong musty smell.

Location was great, breakfast was simple but tasty and restocked constantly; the TV was old and not smart, the minibar smelled bad, and there were construction materials in the room (wall sander on top of the minibar).

The staff were friendly and attentive (special thanks to Jefferson and Pedro who welcomed us); breakfast was varied and organized; the room was good and suitable; the fact that Booking encouraged us to find faults when reviewing was annoying, but the hotel itself is great.
