The hotel is excellently located just a short walk from Torrelavega’s center, the room was great, and you can park right in front of the hotel for free; breakfast is available in the hotel café. The air‑conditioning in the room we were given didn’t work, but after we complained, they switched us to a smaller room that had functioning AC. The Wi‑Fi sometimes failed to connect on certain devices.

La ubicación es excepcional. Las tostadas del desayuno me parecen bastante pequeñas para el precio que tienen. La chica joven que limpia las habitaciones es muy muy simpática y servicial, siempre con una sonrisa. Les falta dinamismo.

Overall it was fine, and the downstairs café served tasty breakfasts. The AC didn’t work well, and the bathroom felt like a sauna because of the glass panels.
