The rooms are beautifully furnished, full of character and with nice showers. The central location is close to the Vatican and in a lively neighbourhood. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Family rooms can feel a bit cramped when traveling with a teenager, but in Rome the spaces are generally small, so that was expected.

The location is excellent and close to the metro. Some items needed replacement, but they served the purpose. The Wi‑Fi worked only one day and there was almost no network.

The staff are very nice. The room was clean and well‑organized every day, with hot water in the shower all the time, working Wi‑Fi, and air conditioning. Lots of locks made it feel very secure. The streets around are full of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a supermarket, and bus stations are nearby. The room we got is underground, so you can see people’s legs passing by the windows. The space is a bit small for five people (though that is our fault, as we had the details about the size beforehand). However, the location is great, so the price is good for what you get.
