The hotel was surprisingly clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, so we can only recommend this place! Nothing to complain about.

Opposite the harbour, the hotel sits near shops, bars, and is 8 km from historic Ciutadella.

The location, the friendly staff, the facilities, the activities, and the cleanliness of the rooms were all excellent 👌

The pool and the size of the rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly. The location was a problem because the port is a bit grimy and there are many empty commercial spaces. Near the entrance we hear the airport shuttle buses from 5 am every day. A surcharge is required to eat on the terrace, and there is no accompaniment with aperitif glasses. In short, not great at all. We ended up staying at another hotel to enjoy the nice spots in Minorca, and they didn’t even refund the half‑board for the last two days.
