Everything was great: the location was excellent, the reception staff were very helpful, the bedroom had a very nice and comfy bed and a good shower, the breakfast was excellent, and the secure parking was appreciated.

The room was tiny and barely let in any natural light, and the mattress felt worn out—something that should have been replaced long ago. On the bright side, the staff were friendly during breakfast.

The breakfast was beautifully prepared, and the continental and British options were superb, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the lack of an elevator was a drawback, and I had to carry my luggage up; the shower door was very fragile and slipped off its track with even a slight movement.
