The location was great and the staff were helpful.

The room was clean and roomy, the area felt safe, calm and quiet, and the staff were friendly. However, we had to keep riding in a car or taking an UBER because it isn’t walkable, and California feels too big to walk around; I wish there were reliable buses or shuttles that safely covered routes to the mall, restaurants or schools.

The staff were kind, but the location was terrible with a view of the highway, the pool water was freezing, the breakfast was mediocre, the towels in the rooms had holes, and overall there was a lack of attention to detail.
