The room was tidy, with its own shower and toilet. The owner keeps everything neat, is very helpful, and supplies a lot of useful info. It’s within walking distance of the metro that takes you straight to Rome’s center.

Overall, the location is great, the room was clean and had everything promised, making it a solid choice for a 2‑3 night stay to explore Rome and nearby areas. The host was responsive and always available. Keep in mind the building has poor sound insulation, which wasn’t a big deal for us. During our stay, there were several misunderstandings with the host about cleaning—if you’re not happy with the service, it’s best to refuse it outright. Also, before check‑in the host asked us to pay in cash instead of via card through Booking, which was fine for us, but after we left we received an email saying our reservation was cancelled due to a no‑show. We resolved this through support because we really wanted to leave a review.

The host gives excellent tips for visiting Rome! The place is very peaceful, and the other residents are respectful of one another.

The spot’s right in the middle of town, spotless, with a comfy bed and a room that’s always tidy and comes with A/C. The owner is genuinely kind and attentive to what guests need. I’d definitely return.
