The location was great, close to many restaurants, and our room faced a piazza so there was no street noise, just a piano playing in the evenings, which was nice. The room was spacious and breakfast was very good with a variety each morning. The air conditioning had a few issues, but the manager fixed it right away when I mentioned it.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from Teatro Massimo and the main city streets. The room description said it had a balcony (which is why I booked it) but there was none, just a view of the AC units. The shower and sink water pressure was weak. Cleaning needs improvement – we found hair in the bathroom and dirty sheets in the bed.
