The only positive is the proximity to the city centre. Otherwise, we do not recommend at all. The accommodation seemed neglected and not very clean. Upon arrival we were greeted by mess around the house; inside there was a strong smell of stale air and cats, and overall we felt very uncomfortable about cleanliness. The room was cold and the heating barely worked. Breakfast was the same every day and truly a disaster – on a small plate there were only a few pieces of everything, a few slices of cured meat and cheese, and the bread was just a thin roll. The selection was minimal. Given the overall environment, we almost refused to eat breakfast.

Big rooms, excellent communication with the owner lady, breakfast was great (modest but you’ll definitely find something you like); breakfast starts at 8, but if you arrange with her you can get it at 7‑7.30.

Overall, the place was fine. The breakfasts were weak and very poor for the price.
