The facilities were decent. The cleaning staff verbally assaulted us, telling us not to complain just for asking them to change our room. When we asked again for a room change, they refused, leaving us very disappointed with the poor treatment from housekeeping.

The location was good. The balcony rooms were very noisy, and the staff—especially front‑desk employees—could have been more attentive. Work was happening on the street next to my room, so I couldn’t sleep well, and when I asked the front desk to let me check out at 2 pm they weren’t friendly about it.

The location was great and the place looked nice. There was a lot of partying all night, which was annoying.
