Collins Hotel

The location was good, but we had no washcloths in our room; we asked for four, one for each of us, and they said they were in the laundry and would bring them, yet we never received them. We had to use small towels, which worked, on the 13th of September 2026. We returned on the 18th of September and still had no washcloths. When we asked again, they handed us three washcloths for four people. I don't know about you, but I don't share my washcloths; I use them for personal hygiene. We did get four after we demanded it. Everything else was fine.

“Comprei gato por lebre”

I paid a decent price but the photos misled me – a much better hotel was within reach. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy, the shower was poor, the room had a strong odor, and there were no USB outlets.

The cleaning and warmth of the staff were positives, but there were no elevators to connect with the luggage.

“Słabizna...”

The pool and close proximity to the ocean are positives, but everything needs a general renovation. The building is very neglected, the plumbing is in a fatal state. I definitely do not recommend it.
