The location is great and the staff are exceptional, plus the rooms are adorable; however, the bars below make it very noisy at night.

We booked this accommodation expecting a beautiful and comfortable room, but the actual room differed from the photos; that was not the main issue. We stayed two nights: the first night went smoothly, but on the second night, around 9:30 PM, a large amount of water started leaking from the air conditioner while we were resting. We immediately called the reception, but no staff were available, and no one answered our calls. We also reached out for support, but they could not help either. Consequently, we had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night because we were worried about safety from the leaking air conditioner and potential incidents. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is not only a safety issue but also a serious failure in service; there was no support, no response, and no coordination from either the hotel or the staff. This hotel should not be operating or available for travelers to stay at under any circumstances. I confirm that all of the above statements are true.
