The spot was spot on and the staff were super attentive, but the bathroom door was loud and at night anyone who needed to use it would wake everyone up with the noise.

Quarto bom.

The front‑desk staff were polite and helpful, the clothes and bed were nice and clean, and the towels were thick, soft, and fluffy. I stayed for three days in a tiny triple room that barely allowed me to move; there was no fan or AC, the lighting was very dim, and the acoustics were terrible—every sound from the balcony and neighboring rooms was audible. Cheap plastic bottles were thrown out the bathroom window, and we had to stay behind the bushes (the area behind the rooms is full of vegetation). The corner shelf in the bathroom was filthy. The shower had good pressure, but it seemed to have a timer because after a while the hot water suddenly turned cold and never warmed back up, forcing me to finish the shower quickly. Cleaning only involved making the bed and taking out the trash; they didn’t wipe the sink, replace the damp floor cloth, or restock toilet paper, so I had to go to reception. The sink was clogged and the water took too long to drain. The single‑bed mattress was flipped with the firm side up and the soft side down—how could a cleaner miss that? I had to flip it and change all the linens. We were three people but there was only one bath towel in the room, so I had to get another from reception. There was no desk or chair, so I had to use my laptop in the kitchen because I couldn’t sit on the sofa at reception and plug it in. Breakfast was basic and repetitive each day. Because I can’t eat flour or sugar, I brought my own tapioca and politely asked the kitchen if they could prepare it for me; the lady who helped was a bit rude, saying I should have ordered it in advance at reception, and she refused to use my tapioca, insisting she would make it with hers. I accepted but couldn’t eat it because it was sour, stinky, and awful; on the following days I stopped asking altogether. The hot water for tea in the last two days was dirty with old tea residue, so I also stopped using it.
