“We had a very nice stay.”
Breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. The room was a bit small, but that didn’t cause any serious issues.

The location was good, just a five‑minute walk to the subway station, and the area is nice. We stayed for four days total; the first three days we were assigned to a very, very tiny room. I’ve never booked a hotel where I had to use the space under the bed to survive. On the last night, after we returned to London, the room was better—roomier with a better layout.

The location was very convenient, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, close to the metro station and in a good neighborhood. Everything was fine, but I expected a larger room.

The location was perfect and the staff were wonderful! The rooms are far too small; we had two twin beds that were pushed together, leaving no space to walk around one side, and there was no room for a suitcase.

This place is super clean! I love that they have clean cold water available, always welcome after a long day. Breakfast was good. And a working lift is fantastic! Very close to transit and the neighborhood is very safe for a solo female. I asked for an extra blanket.2x. Both of them had an older. Housekeeping gave me an extra comforter which was fine. The person above me was stomping on Sat night.very loudly. thankfully it was addressed. However this hotel can benefit from posted quiet hours
