The welcome was pleasant and the place was very clean, but it doesn’t feel like a genuine old establishment; it looks like a copy.

The location was excellent, the little château had beautiful, well‑kept buildings, pleasant outdoor lounges, a suitably sized pool, quiet rooms, fresh breakfast items, and very friendly staff, but we took a while to locate the entrance even though it’s on the main road, passing it several times.
