I found the location super convenient, just a short walk to KL Airport, and the 24‑hour reception was a big plus.

The hotel is a 5‑minute walk down a long passage from terminal 2, but the room was dirty, the wall repairs were ugly, the repainting looked half‑assed, and the shower felt like a concrete prison. I asked for a quiet room and they gave us one next to a noisy bar.

空港に近くてアクセスが非常に良い. プレミアムルームだったが、シャワーのお湯が出なかった 洗面台の天井から雨漏り？補修をお願いしたので直ってるといいけど

It was great for 17 hr layover, put your head down and freshen up. Bed was comfortable. The restaurant and common area's are nice to chill out. The walls paper thin, I had very noisy family come in the room next to me after 6 hours, so there was no more sleep. They need to do a family floor or wing
