“It’s not worth the price.”

I didn’t like anything about it. I was given a room where the closet door was directly across from the bathroom and also right by the entrance. Every time you tried to enter or leave, you would end up bumping into either the bathroom door or the closet door. It was a complete mess just trying to get in and out of the room or the bathroom. The breakfast is pretty standard, just like what you get at other hotels that are actually more affordable. The problem is that you have to keep asking for coffee, and the juice isn’t even out where you can serve yourself. Since when do hotels hide the coffee and juice at breakfast? I really don’t understand. There were other issues as well. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Midland with much better and more spacious rooms, better service, and better breakfast, all at a lower price.

“Not worth the Hilton name or price.”

The place sits in a nice spot, but my son and I were shocked by the lobby restrooms—both the men’s and women’s were filthy. We booked mainly for the pool, only to find it shut down. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the staff were rude. They kept asking my son if he could get breakfast and insisted he pay, even though I had booked for the free breakfast. The back door was propped open, making us feel unsafe.

“Lack of hot water means I won't ty a second stay.”

Breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable, but the hot water in the room was barely warm enough for a shower or bath.
