The breakfast and dinner staff were organized, clean, friendly, and professional. Nothing else to note.

The hotel is very comfortable, located on a prominent spot, and the service is excellent. It would still be great to have window and door nets to keep insects out.

The location is right in the middle of the vineyard, and the breakfast was superb. Dinner was also delicious. The pool robot didn’t work properly.

We were pleasantly surprised; we’d stayed many times in South Tyrol, but this was our first time at Plattenhof. The rooms are huge, with large windows that let in a lot of light, creating a bright, friendly, and generous atmosphere. The staff are genuine South Tyrolese. Dinner was excellent, with a great selection of local wines from their own production. The natural surroundings and the sauna area were superb.
