The breakfast was gorgeous, the quiet jungle pool with double loungers was a highlight, and the staff were friendly and helpful as usual in Asia, especially DY the manager who went out of her way to fix a minor issue in our room; the only downside was that nobody escorted us to our room on arrival.

I stayed at one of the most beautiful hotels on Bali, where I found a clean, peaceful environment perfect for rest; as an active person who usually doesn’t like staying in one place, I extended my stay because I didn’t want to leave, and the service was very kind, empathetic, and understanding toward children; the pool area was beautiful, with many comfortable loungers and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere; the kids’ pool had shallow water, the kids’ club had lovely animators and a small playground that the children adored; everything was very clean with plenty of greenery; the food was delicious and well‑prepared, especially the varied breakfasts, and I felt the quality of the ingredients was excellent; I cannot describe our impressions any better—this was a rest I didn’t expect but felt very needed, and if I ever return to Bali I’ll definitely stay here for a few nights and recommend it to friends; thank you very much for everything.

The rooms were very comfortable and fully equipped, and the resort offered a good selection of restaurants and multiple swimming pools; breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, the gym was nice, and the free shuttle to Bali Collection and the beach was convenient; the private beach area with its bar and food facilities was great, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, with excellent food, staff, and service; every detail was superb, and the family‑friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and warm hospitality made the stay unforgettable.
