I was really disappointed with my stay, especially with the cleanliness. There was a weird smell coming from my pillow that I later realized was urine. The service was also slow, and it felt like a waste of money. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was marred by some significant issues. When I requested towels for my partner and me, we were only provided with one, which was quite inconvenient. My experience at this hotel was absolutely appalling. I ordered breakfast at 8:30 am, but it didn't arrive until 10 am. The toast was warm, not toasted, and we only received half of the lemonade we ordered. To make matters worse, when I asked for hot water, I was given a bottle of room temperature water instead. I was thoroughly disgusted with the service.
