“A mai più! Non fatevi fregare”

The area was quiet; despite being close to the airport, we had no trouble sleeping. The rooms were poorly organized, even the 24 m² ones that cost more than the “basic” ones were badly made. There was zero communication from reception. On checkout day they promised a “post‑beach” shower in a dedicated room, but the shower didn’t work and when I asked for a shower in an empty room, the receptionist didn’t even respond. Breakfast was pointless, with a poor selection and no proper breakfast room, and there was no staff to restock what ran out. Cleaning? They don’t seem to know what it is.

“friendly staff, lovely quiet location to unwind.”

The 24‑hour pool, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff, and Tom the boss cat were positives, but the cabin had a mouldy smell, the cabin lighting made it hard to see in the mirror, the toilet door kept sliding open, and there was a wasp invasion while trying to eat breakfast.
