The room was spacious and well‑equipped for a long stay, especially at that competitive price. However, the kitchen wasn’t up to a proper standard; cabinet handles were greasy, which bothered me every time I touched them.

I liked how roomy the living area was, but the facilities felt outdated.

All the conveniences I needed were covered, the convenience store was close, the highway exit wasn’t far, and the convention center was nearby; it was quiet and affordable, so I was very satisfied. The bedding was clean too.

It was close to Daejeon DCC (around 2 km), a clean place with good value during peak season. The room was tidy, and for a one‑night stay in high season the price was very satisfying. I parked on the second basement level, which was a bit dirty, and the living‑room AC made a noticeable noise while I slept.
