I liked the pool and there was only one receptionist, I forgot her name. The room had bugs, and the insurance we paid was being cut in any way possible… they said they kept water in the fridge for three days and that we drank it, so they want to cut the insurance we paid… I told them I never drank the water, but the manager said you drank it… I told them I didn’t, but they took the money because I’m not going to make a fuss… they always cut the amount, I told him the proof when the room floated the next day I was there and they even forgot to put towels, I mentioned it… maybe they forgot to put the water because it was running… he said no, you drank it… I told him okay… honestly, it’s annoying to be honest.

The staff were very nice, the room was clean, it’s close to Patong beach, the pool is fantastic with a great view, and we’ll be back soon.
