Nothing good. Everything was awful – I stayed in September and the wifi was terrible, causing me to miss meetings. The sauna and jacuzzi were tiny, the water smelled bad and clearly wasn’t changed, the pool was minuscule and didn’t match the photo, the room cleaning was horrible, and the breakfast had a lot of variety but everything was stale: cheese breads were hard as sticks, other breads were stale, pastries were old. I filed a complaint and received nothing. It was a disaster; I will never return to Brazil where this hotel ruined my trip.

“Voltarei mais vezes com certeza ☺️”

The hotel is 1000‑point. Everyone’s service is cordial! Very good and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Just cross the track to the beach. Great location, quiet neighborhood, polite people. I recommend it! The only bad point is the size of the hydro bath’s bathroom – it’s very small, so a 1.80 m person feels uncomfortable, but it didn’t really bother me.

Good location. The hotel’s restaurant is bad and expensive. We ordered a hamburger that was bland and unseasoned. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. One day the pineapple juice was also spoiled.

“Buena”

Location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff are all good. The windows aren’t acoustic, so you hear everything outside, there’s no iron in the rooms, and breakfast isn’t very varied.
