The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were always clean, and I always received fresh towels. The laundry was put in the dryer, folded, and placed in the room for me. The Wi‑Fi was a bit weak and the signal range was limited. Every day there is a free buffet, which is great, but the selection is small and it was finished within half an hour.

Even though it isn’t in the city centre, the metro stop is just a stone’s throw away, making it a high‑value choice for a Shanghai trip; the facilities are great, with laundry and a gym, and when we arrived early in the morning they checked us in right away and even upgraded our room, so the whole stay felt flawless.

The staff were decent but spoke no English, and the pillows were the best I’d ever had on a trip. Overall, it turned out to be a poor choice for my business trip. The only restaurant offered breakfast, which fell short of basic international standards, the gym was very basic, and the neighbourhood was awful with no restaurants nearby except a KFC. In short, almost everything was lacking, especially the dining (only breakfast, basic food) and the gym.
