The beds were very comfortable, my colleagues and I slept exceptionally well, breakfast was very good with many tasty options.

The location is convenient for most places and the pool was nice, but the room did not meet the expected standard for an executive room, there was no hand soap, the curtains were stained, and the noise level was poor—I could hear everything outside as if the windows were open.

I absolutely loved the pool, and the breakfast staff was EXCELLENT, making my mum, daughter, and dog feel so welcome ❤️. The only problem was that when we went to see the LORD OF THE DANCE AT EMPIRE, which is not far from the hotel, the lady who rang us a taxi gave us a driver who made us feel unsafe and tried to rip us off; the hotel should ensure no one gets ripped off again 💪. I live in Liverpool, so I knew he was taking the ride out of the way and made us feel unsafe.
