The spot is perfect, the staff are amazing, and breakfast is very pleasant, but a quick refresh is needed and some equipment isn’t working.

We stayed at this hotel and were really satisfied with everything: the cleanliness, the food, the service quality, and the staff’s attentiveness were all excellent, with every detail thoughtfully considered; we had a great time and would definitely return, thanks to everyone involved. The only downside was that the boat tour breakfast was lacking.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the hotel’s overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The only minor critique is that the Wi‑Fi signal can be a bit weak in some spots.
