The location and price were good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the lifts worked fine, the bed was comfy, and the air‑con/heating performed well, but the double room was still small, the bathroom handle was literally hanging off, there was an odd smell when leaving the lift on level 3, and I couldn’t sleep on either night.

The hotel turned out to be surprisingly good—clean, with professional staff at check‑in, a small but tidy and comfortable room ideal for a short night, and unexpected touches like wooden key cards; nothing fancy, but everything I liked was there.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very helpful; I had booked a windowless room because it was cheaper, making it an ideal budget stay for a night in the city centre.

The place was simple, clean, secure, and quiet—perfect, except the coffee machine in the foyer was under maintenance.
