We ate twice at the on‑site restaurant and both the dishes and the service were very good, but the casino was a bit smoky.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly, yet we were unaware that there was a non‑smoking floor.

The hotel and casino looked gorgeous and the room felt luxurious, but the smoking allowed in the casino was disgusting and would have earned us a 10 if it weren’t for that.

We checked in for a single night and found the pool closed because of PH levels; we only learned this when we went down in our swimwear and saw a closed sign at the door, which was a disappointing lack of communication.
