“Erholung, Inspiration und Luxus pur.”
The breakfast was a dream; it was Sunday, we had time, and the late check‑out let us celebrate breakfast with family.
The wellness facilities were great.

The location, room, health facilities and customer service were all excellent, but smoking was allowed in the bar.
“Einzigartig.”
There is only one spa with a real thermal pool from a natural source; unfortunately it is being renovated and we hope it reopens soon.
“Not recommended.”
The location was good and the lobby was nice, but there was a cigarette/cigar smell on the 4th floor coming from the ground‑floor bar, the pillows were too soft, there was no kettle in the room, the floor was poorly cleaned, housekeeping once left the room door unlocked, and the receptionists were not attentive.
