The stay was an experience; the host welcomed us very personally. The room, the castle, and the park offered a fantastic view from afar. Breakfast was lovingly prepared by the host, featuring homemade brioche and baguette that tasted great, homemade jam, and a glass of fresh‑pressed orange juice for everyone. Because I’m lactose intolerant, my oat milk was served in a pretty milk jug at breakfast. It was unusual to dine at an oval table with other guests, but it sparked conversations that normally wouldn’t happen. The tranquility of the place is very relaxing. The shower could be more practical with a divider, as the overhead spray makes everything quite wet; a few hooks for hanging would be useful. Otherwise, everything in the bathroom worked well.
