The hotel’s location near the airport and the staff’s availability made for a pleasant welcome, but the street and airplane noise were noticeable and the price felt high.

The place sits close to the airport and they run a free shuttle, yet the room was dingy and very basic, and I was charged extra when someone visited me; there’s nothing to walk to for dinner, everything is bare minimum with plastic cups, and when I asked for glasses they said no—feels like a cheap motel at a hotel price.

The location is great and the staff are always sweet, but the pillows and mattress aren’t very comfortable.

We loved the location because it’s very close to the airport; we stayed our last night in Costa Rica with an early flight, and the best part was that the hotel gave us a free Uber to the airport, which was a big convenience—overall a very good experience and an excellent choice for anyone needing proximity to the airport; we have no complaints, everything was fine during our stay.

It’s both adorable and elegant. Extremely close to the airport, delightful pool and covered “cabanas” poolside to enjoy the outside even if it’s raining. Restaurant and bar on-site, also poolside, and excellent service all around. Plus, it’s pet-friendly
