We were really looking forward to staying here, but things quickly took a turn. We'd booked a room online, but when we arrived, they said it was no longer available - apparently they'd sold it to someone else. They wanted us to upgrade to a different room for extra cash, which wasn't cool. After a bit of a fight, they sent us to a different hotel in the center (Wisma Nabila) that actually ended up being cheaper than what we'd booked here.

The bed and AC were a nice touch, but that was about it. The place was a total dump, not clean at all. When we checked in, they hit us with extra fees, which was weird since we'd already paid through the app. The vibe was super warehouse-like and the price just didn't match up with what we got.
