My vehicle broke when I was heading to the hotel and in the morning I requested a refund for force majeure. Although the hotel was within its rights not to comply, they did not even respond, neither negatively nor positively. I could say it was bad service, but that would be inaccurate. The proper description is ZERO service. I posted the review two weeks after the incident to give them time to manage the response.

Clean, spacious room with a very large bed, a big bathroom, and pleasant decorations. In the evening the bar played music in our native language. We were very satisfied. The only small nuance was that during the heat we often took showers and there were a bit of bath liquids missing, though probably if we had asked we would have received them.
