It was nice overall, but there’s room for improvement: small issues like the trash bin not being emptied for three days, the potential of the pool/spa bar not being used, missing teaspoons and cups on the coffee cart for over 30 minutes on three out of five days, a broken elevator that should have been better managed, and many older guests struggled up the stairs—check‑in and room assignment should be handled carefully. The mini‑golf area looked shabby, a ashtray on the terrace (room) would be nice, a spot on the staff uniform shouldn’t stay dirty for two days straight, and while the evening buffet was good, an additional snack bar would complement it nicely.
