The staff were super friendly. The value for money was great. It’s true that the food and drinks aren’t of excellent quality, but they’re very good considering the price of the room. Maybe there was no entertainment on Sundays and Mondays, but it’s understandable that the staff need to rest.

“Um bom tempo passado em família”

I booked four rooms and they scattered them almost to opposite ends of the property, even though I never asked to be separated and had reserved months ahead, which makes the lack of indoor common areas puzzling. The bar next to reception felt tiny compared with the hotel’s size, and on the last day, although checkout was at 11 am we were allowed to stay until 3 pm on an all‑inclusive basis, they only handed us some paper slips for that, which feels outdated and needs a modern system.

The pool was nice and the main meal buffets were varied, but the snack buffet offered little variety and the entertainment could use a boost.
