Muy limpio y agradable vista. Solo que el lobby esta en piso mas arriba que lo natural

I want to point out that three days before my reservation, when I asked Booking to change dates because a concert was rescheduled, the app told me it couldn’t, but the hotel said there was no problem changing the requested dates. I don’t know what to do; please check this issue and confirm if the change was made.

Because of the tradition and the guarantee of the service. Everything was excellent.

The room was huge, one of the few hotels that offered two beds and a pull‑out sofa. The views were spectacular. The only issue was that the sofa‑bed sheets had been forgotten, but when we called, they came right away to replace them.
